My heat wasn’t working. I was able to get a service call the same day and my heat was retired that evening. Two days later it wasn’t working again. He came out and discovered it was a problem with a setting and adjusted it. It has been a pleasure to work with them and I highly recommend.

R&A Plumbing and Heating came to run an efficiency test on my water heater and boiler. His test generated a comprehensive analysis of the good, the the bad, and the ugly. Based on the results, Rigo made recommendations, and he clarified all questions that I had.

Rigo was a pleasure to work with. My boiler totally shut down on a cold, snowy Monday evening. I had been having trouble with it for a few weeks, but when plumbers came out, they didn’t know how to fix it, due it it being completely digital. It was showing various different error codes. They would attempt to correct the codes, but it would only last a few days. Rigo came out at 9:30pm, and spent 2 hours trying to troubleshoot my unit. He gave me the option of repairing the unit or replacing it. He was patient, kind and knowledgeable. He helped me to make the best decision for myself and my family. I ultimately decided to replace the unit, ensuring that they not only replace it, but they offer servicing as well for maintenance in the upcoming years. Which his company does. Rigo did an excellent job, and his work is of the highest quality. I highly recommend R&A Plumbing and Heating for all your plumbing and heating needs.
There are no words that can fully describe the craftsmanship, professionalism and attention that my family and I experienced with R&A plumbing when our 25 year old Plus gas boiler cracked. R&A installed a new boiler, did all of the electrical and piping adjustment and made sure that we were satisfied with the work and most importantly, with the heat of our home. Rigo and his crew have done several jobs for me, both heating and plumbing related. He repaired a heater and sorted out a messy web of thermostat connections, replaced a burst water pipe and installed shut off and drainage valves in several places. He is very easy to work with, professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. I will definitely use him for HVAC and plumbing needs in the future!
During the artic blast, my pipes froze and busted. Rigo and company fixed 4 different pipes and tightened up issues with my furnace. They made sure my heat was on and that there were no more leaks before leaving. I will be hiring them in the near future.

I had a very old boiler that had issues over the past year. At first we were able to do minor repairs/ maintenance, however it then required a removal and installation of a new unit due to carbon monoxide and cast iron pipe leakage. The plumber was quick and responsive to our emergency needs and was able to complete the project in a few days when others said it would take almost 2 weeks. He also went above and beyond to install additional carbon monoxide sensors and emergency shut off switches in case of any future carbon monoxide issues were to occur.

Rigo from R&A did amazing job when we hired him to install pressure reducing valve for sprinkler system. He quickly understood the issue, guided through the process, and was very thorough in addressing the need. We subsequently hired him to fix outside water faucet which had continuous leakage. He is true professional who takes pride in his work. I look forward to hiring him again in the future.
R&A plumbing repaired my collapse sewer line that was embedded into a concrete bed. Most other plumbers were intimidated by the job. R&A completed the job on time and cleaned up after finishing . This was done at a very reasonable price . Glad to have found them and will continue with them for other jobs in the future.

Fantastic experience with R&A. Very responsive, good communication, and walked me through every recommendation and requirement for my NTI Boilers.
